The lede for this month’s report is about, well, The Lede—Inland’s newly launched digital newsletter coming to your email in-box every Friday.

In The Lede, you’ll find news of your association, upcoming Inland events and webinars, industry developments and success stories that you can implement at your organization. It’s just another way your association is providing more value for your membership. If you are not receiving The Lede, sign up by going to http://bit.ly/2Dew6mr.

Throughout this year, Inland will provide more opportunities for strengthening your newspaper or media business revenue, your content, your audience outreach and engagement. It starts at the end of this month with the Key Executives Mega-Conference at the Paris Las Vegas February 25 through 27. There’s still time to register, and you can see the complete program starting on page 12.

And next month, we’re reintroducing the Virtual Human Resources Management Conference in a new format with online sessions all day March 13 and half day on March 14. What hasn’t changed is that this Inland event remains the only conference devoted to the unique issues newspaper HR pros face in a business that includes people working in offices, data centers, newsrooms, printing and packaging plants, loading docks and delivery management. Register at inlandpress.org.

In April, Inland kicks off the first of two audience development and loyalty conferences in partnership with 360 Media Alliance. Audience & Loyalty Mega Summit Central, will be held Friday April 26 through Sunday the 28th at the Marriott St. Louis Airport. The program covers a range of topics from legacy newspaper circulation issues to cutting-edge marketing, branding and customer loyalty initiatives. And taking us to the halfway point of the year is Mission One: Revenue 2019, hosted by the Richmond Times-Dispatch June 11 to 13. Those of you who attended the first Mission last summer—and have implemented the money-growing ideas you learned there—know this a must-attend event for any newspaper executive and manager interested in growing revenue. In other words, every newspaper executive and manager. Check Inland’s website for upcoming details and registration.
