Earlybird deadline April 2

NICS open for data collection

Posted

Inland’s Newspaper Industry Compensation Survey is open for data collection—open to serve as a powerful compensation planning tool.

By participating in NICS, newspaper managers and HR professionals are able to access results that provide reliable, up-to-date salary, benefits and incentives information.

And by participating, a newspaper is joining smart company: Each year some 500 newspapers—including roughly 75% of the largest 100 U.S. dailies—participate in NICS, yielding high-quality data for pay levels and compensation practices and benchmarking across the industry.

NICS empowers organizations with data that provides comparisons by circulation size, revenue level, geographic region, inside a multi-property group, as the newspaper industry as a whole—and many, many more actionable benchmarks.

There’s no better or more cost-effective way to make compensation and benefits decisions than NICS.

The 2018 early bird deadline for NICS is April 2, with a final deadline of May 2.
