Conference

The 2019 key executives Mega-Conference program is on track. Two, actually.

When an expected 700 or so top newspaper executives gather for the Key Executives Mega-Conference at the Paris Las Vegas starting February 25, they won’t be faced with a fork in the road—but two programming tracks that encompass virtually all the ways media organizations generate revenue these days.
The B2B sessions will focus on how newspaper sales teams are successfully transforming their approaches in their local markets with strategies and innovation that build on their legacy brands.
B2C sessions will look at the many opportunities for building new revenue streams that, one way or another, flow from the audience.
Both tracks will emphasize the innovation—and, sometimes, improvisation—that are proving keys to success as newspapers seek to prosper in an always-changing media environment.
This year’s Mega-Conference also includes presentations from industry R&D partners on the Solutions Stage, and a Bonus Workshop on “Best Practices in Delivering Digital Subscriptions” on Sunday, Feb. 24 ahead of Mega-Conference’s formal opening.
The Key Executives Mega-Conference is a joint effort of newspaper media associations with an estimated combined membership of more than 5,000 publishers.
Inland is a host along with the Local Media Association, Southern Newspaper Publishers Association and News Media Alliance. For the 2019 Mega-Conference, the Nevada Press Association is a local state partner.
Members of all five associations are eligible to register as attendees and reserve exhibit space and sponsorship opportunities at member rates.
Registration is open and available at mega-conference.com, where more programming information will be posted as it develops.
