Jake Seaton is the founder and CEO of enotice, a digital platform intended to make public notices more accessible online while preserving print publication of the notices. He is the son of Ned Seaton, publisher of The Manhattan (Kansas) Mercury, and the grandson of Edward Seaton, chairman of the newspaper and Seaton Newspapers. He was an early employee of Quorum, a startup founded in a Harvard University dorm room as a platform that allows public affairs professionals to track legislation, mobilize grassroots support and manage stakeholders. He has been an engineer on the Google Cloud platform.
